Rico Rodriguez is back for one more round of crazy in a new DLC for Just Cause 4, releasing later this month, which will see him use hover-boards and blow up submarines, it would seem.

The DLC seems like a return to form for the franchise, with the previous two expansions being seen as lacking in the series's signature crazy insanity. The story see's Rico trying to avoid The Agency, his old employer, who are looking to have him killed, sending some crazy guy in a giant, heavily armed submarine to try and take him down.

Rico will be able to use a hoverboard in the new DLC, and there'll also be a new weapon, the Stormalong EM Zero, which is basically a gravity gun from Half-Life 2 on steroids, being able to lift and throw something has heavy as a tank through the air.

It'll be the last DLC for the game, and will be released on August 29th for Gold Edition players and Expansion Pass owners, with the rest of the editions getting the game on September 5th.
