The team behind the ever-popular Kerbal Space Program are set to expand the game further than ever before, in the first ever expansion, which will include an all-new "History Pack" as well as a new Mission Builder mode.

The mission builder will allow players to create their own missions in the game via a simple, easy to use interface, allowing players to explore the game in all new ways, or create entirely new stories. Completed missions can be uploaded to Steam Workshop to be shared with the world, where you can also download other player's creations.

Also coming with the new expansion is the History Pack, a brand new set of missions that have been created by the game's original developers, which are inspired by mankind's history into space here on Earth. They aren't entirely historically accurate, though, as the developers promise that "Kerbal Space Program Twist!"

The new expansion will be called Kebal Space Program: Making History, and will be a paid-for DLC expansion once it's released. There's no release date yet, but we'll keep you updated with any further developments.
