Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is an upcoming expansion to the popular dragon-slaying-em-up, and will also be it's last - but despite being tested on PS4 for some time now, we've never quite been sure when it'll be coming to PC - until now.
The update will be dropping on January 9th next year, and will have a few enhancements over it's console counterpart, as you can see in the trailer below.
The PC version will have higher resolution textures, and the lovely-to-see ultrawide support, too. Oh, and there's no FPS cap either, which is always nice. The game engine itself will also be making a move to DirectX 12, which should hugely improve performance.
There's also going to be some free DLC updates post-launch, with the horned ape Rajang set to make a return to the series, and will introduce a new difficulty tier to the main game, known as Master Rank hunts, which should prove even tougher than ever.
