Everyone loves Halloween, and several games are intending to get in on the festivities, not least of which is Mortal Kombat 11, which is both releasing 3 new super spooky skins, and holding a special Halloween Event starting October 25th.

The event will be adding four new boss fights to the game, with some pretty interesting and seasonally appropriate modifiers such as bats, pumpkins that can fall and kill you, and even witches on broomsticks. There'll be various new consumables and brutalities to unlock as part of the event, among other rewards.

There's various new skins too, such as Kabal becoming "Psyko Killer", a frankly frightening mask and worn duster ensemble that is by far the coolest skin of the three, as well as Jade becoming your typical Wicked Witch and Liu Kang becoming a spooky scary skeleton.

You can check out the various skins in the trailer above, known collectively as the Masquerade Skin Pack, and it's available to grab right now. The main event will start on October 25th.
