This Battlefield 3 simulator might be the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. The game is projected on a 360 degree video dome that completely surrounds the player. An omni-directional treadmill converts the player’s real life movement into in-game motion. And quite possibly the most insane part, there are 12 paintball markers inside the simulator that will actually shoot players so that they can feel enemy gunfire.

The simulator was created for a televsion series called “The Gadget Show” and will make it’s debut on the October 24th episode. They spent a mind-boggling $650,000 building this thing so hopefully it performs as advertised.
