There's another free week happening for Star Citizen, and it's just in time to check out all the new features that have dropped in the 3.5 update.

The free week starts at 8PM PT today and will run through to May 8th. There's plenty to see and do in Star Citizen, and the newly improved character customisation, flight control systems, and changes to gameplay mean it's worth checking out.

As with previous freebie weeks, there's also a bunch of ships available to try without having to spend any credits, and this time the Drake Cutlass Black, Drake Dragonfly, Aegis Avenger Titan, Anvil Arrow and MISC Prospector are all up for test.

It's a bit involved, so you'll probably not want to be sinking much time into this unless you intend to carry on with it after the free week ends, but if you've never tried it before, it's worth a shot - free is free, right?
