We have some brand new screenshots from the new Pokemon Legends: Arceus game. The game features a newly discovered region, the Hisui region that encapsulates rivers, beaches, forests, mountains and grasslands which means only one thing: lots and lots of different types of Pokemon!

The game will feature some brand new combat elements and displays that really gets you immersed into the world of Pokemon and battles. You'll have a load of research tasks per Pokemon that you catch so this time it isn't just about catching them all it's about really learning about the Pokemon and ensuring that you get the most out of them.

The user interface is updated with a clearer style of moves your Pokemon can use and also an action order where you can plan your moves ahead to utilise your abilities to the maximum effect.

The game is scheduled to be released on 28 January 2022 on the Switch and whilst it is still some time away I know gamers are looking forward to delving into this new region, taking on new challenges in a new immersive environment that will take you deeper in the world of Pokemon than ever before.
