A report by FoxWeekly claims that, despite it being listed on Steam, Grand Theft Auto V may not actually happen.

The rumor was started by a man named “Brad”, who worked as a Rockstar Games marketing manager before starting his own marketing firm. His website was later hacked by Anonymous and 4chan displaying the message on his homepage “Hacked by 4chan, Give us our GTA 5 for PC”.

The FoxWeekly report stated that the next-gen systems would not be affected by the news of the PC version, however, other sources contradict this claim stating that there was indeed a delay in the release date for these system and was pushed to 2015.

If you remember, Rockstar revealed at this years E3 of GTAV arriving this fall on the next-gen systems and PC. If the PC version was indeed cancelled, there must have been a very good reason.
