Ever since Rockstar published one of the biggest western games in gaming history, the rumour mills regarding its Red Dead Redemption franchise has been churning yearly. Every once in a while, a rumour gets traction and the media picks it up; we're not gonna be any different, because we all want Red Dead Redemption to be resurrected.
It feels more likely today that we'd see a new Red Dead game, or perhaps a remaster, thanks to the new generation of consoles. After all, there's hardly a huge market of existing western free-roamers out there.
This time, it's Gamefocus - a Korean video game magazine - that seems to be at the centre of the rumour mill. According to them, this remaster will be announced on Wednesday, September 7th 2016, and will include a full translation to Korean(as the original game was not translated or subtitled). It will also be released on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
There's not much substance to the rumour yet. The primary source for the translation of the article is a thread on NeoGAF, so a full translation of the article would be appreciated.
What do you think? Is this a rumour that will hold water, or is it just another unloaded six-shooter?
