Several AAA Ubisoft games are currently half price

Gamescom is on right now, and to celebrate Ubisoft is holding a huge sale, with 50% off or even more on many AAA titles such as Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Rainbow Six Siege, and The Division 2 among others.

The sale runs until the 27th of August, and sees Assassin's Creed Odyssey priced at just $25.20, which is great value for money for what I consider to be one of the more solid titles in recent history for the franchise, playing more like an RPG than previous games.

Rainbow Six Siege is just $8 for the base game, which is actually 60% off, and despite being four years old at this point is a fantastic price if you've not had chance to pick the game up yet. The game puts heavy emphasis on environmental destruction and cooperation between players. Each player assumes control of an attacker or a defender in different gameplay modes such as rescuing a hostage, defusing a bomb, and taking control of a capture point. The title has no campaign but features a series of short missions that can be played solo.

Weirdly, if you're in the UK (like yours truly) you can get even better deals, as there's currently a UK only offer code - UBIXP20 - which will give you a FURTHER 20% off, which is just crazy. If they intended to allow both offers to be used simultaneously, we don't know, but it's a stonkingly good deal. Get in quick though, as the UK code expires Monday.
