Focus Home Interactive have made an announced that there will be three new games in partnership with Games Workshop, all of which will be part of the Warhammer franchise, as well as announcing partnerships with 12 game studios to produce other, unrelated titles.
There's not much information yet on what these new Warhammer titles may be, unfortunately, but we'll report further details as soon as they're made available. What we do know, though, is that there will be at least one shooter set in a "popular" Games Workshop IP, but stopped short of confirming which.
That being said, the teaser art for this particular shooter featured the words "Descend, assassinate, collect" and featured the outline of a man who seemed to somewhat resemble a member of the Inquisition from Warhammer 40,000.
Saber Interactive are also working on a Warhammer 40K title, although again scant information was available, except for the twin-headed Imperial Aquilla symbol in the teaser, and the phrase “Protect, redeem, purge".
There's also an Age of Sigmar title under development by Gasket Games, and a new partnership with Chaosium has been announced, with an exclusive publishing deal for the Call of Cthulhu RPG series.
