Sony is backing 3D TV with Playstation 3 games like Killzone 3, and Ubisoft may be getting in on the action.

Ubisoft UK managing director Rob Goodman told MCV the company is looking into adding 3D functionality to future titles in its big series, including Assassin’s Creed, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, HAWX and Prince of Persia.

Already, Ubisoft’s Avatar, which came out last year, supports 3D TV. When Shawn White Skateboarding is released in October, it will also be 3D-ready.

Goodman said he wanted to make sure 3D TV owners aren’t forgotten by Ubisoft just because they’re a smaller market.
