Posted on February 26, 2013, James Murff Valve Greenlights 10 More Titles For Steam
It’s that time of month again. Specifically, the time of month when Valve looks at Greenlight, finds the next ten indie titles they want on Steam, and gives them the thumbs up. The selection this month is a bit interesting, as it doesn’t really contain any already-successful titles like some of the previous greenlight “packages.” That isn’t to say that the games are bad, though. In fact, there’s a pretty good selection this month.
I’m rooting for a few games. Distance is the obvious choice, given that it is the brainchild of the Nitronic Rush team and a stellar game in its own right. Evoland, however, intrigues me despite this announcement being the first I’ve heard of it. I can see why it was greenli, as the profile shown is stellar and the prototype game made for the Ludum Dare is very, very interesting. I’m sure all of the games are good, though. You can check out the full list of games at this news post, and you can take a look at the game profiles yourself by checking out the Greenlight page.
