Cyberpunk 2077 isn’t out for another couple of years, but that hasn’t stopped its developers from hyping the hell out of the game. Today, they’ve revealed images of the “Militech Crusher” gun, seen briefly in the game’s first announcement trailer as it was held aloft by one of the game’s main characters and pointed at the head of a barely clad woman in the street who’d been responsible for the deaths of countless citizens around her.
Designed by Volpin Props for CD Projekt RED, the gun was put on display at the studio’s E3 2013 booth last month.
Here’s how the creator’s website describes it:
The pistol has a spring loaded trigger and removable magazine with a chromed 12ga round, and is composed of 13 individual resin and metal parts. An acrylic display stand was also provided with a custom shipping crate so the gun could be transported to other gaming press events in the future.
According to Volpin Props, the gun took “a little over three weeks” to complete and that included creating a set of nine silicone molds to accommodate future orders for more replicas. Rad.
