In this edition of, “We want to get in on the game business too,” we present……Wal-Mart! Wal-Mart has tried in the past to increase their presence in the gaming market, including trying out accepting used games in stores.
Apparently, they’ve decided to do things through the internet instead, and have therefore opened Gamecenter. Gamecenter is an online hub for checking out game previews, first-looks and exclusive trailers, as well as pre-ordering new titles.
Head over there and buy 3 titles through the new storefront, and you’ll be rewarded with a $50 eGift Card. That’s like getting 3 for the price of two! There are also deals on individual games, like a $20 card with a Call of Duty: Black Ops pre-order. The selection is limited right now, but you can bet it’s going to increase pretty rapidly.
