Posted on January 4, 2013, CJ Miozzi War Z Announces All Future Bans Will Be Permanent

A War Z community manager has announced via the game’s official forums that, moving forward, all bans will be permanent.

This change in policy is due to the effectiveness and reliability of the game’s current hacker-catching software. The message reads:

“Our current anti-hack has proven to be extremely reliable and has been catching many hackers. Over time it will improve on it’s effectiveness and will continually catch more and more hackers. Starting today January 4, 2013 ALL bans are permanent!”

What will happen if a user wishes to contest a ban for whatever reason remains unknown.

In other news, hackers have hit the War Z servers twice.
