Posted on March 28, 2013, Ian Miles Cheong Warface Cinematic Trailer Urges Players To Play Both Sides
Crytek has put together a new trailer promoting Warface, their free-to-play first person shooter that you can launch in a browser. Keep in mind that it’s not so much a ‘browser game’ as it is one that simply uses the browser as a launching platform, much like Battlelog is to Battlefield 3 on the PC.
The new trailer shows off some in-game footage and what look like cinematic cutscenes for players uninterested in their previous trailer of the game’s weapon real-time customization mechanics. In the trailer, players are urged to choose between one of the game’s two sides—or play both sides, really, since that’s what you’ll be doing as you play through the game’s competitive modes.
The game is currently in closed beta, so feel free to sign up here.
