Posted on March 26, 2013, Ian Miles Cheong Watch Dogs Gets A New Gameplay Trailer
Ubisoft put together a new trailer for their upcoming game Watch Dogs for the goers at PAX East 2013, which took place over the past weekend. Although viewers had to stand in line for up to three hours at the event, you won’t have to, because the publisher released the video for mass consumption just now.
Much like the previous trailers, it’s made up entirely of gameplay footage from Watch Dogs and shows off some of what we saw during the game’s appearance at Sony’s PlayStation 4 unveil. It does however provide additional context to the events as they unfold, informing the fiction behind why the game’s protagonist is able to use his skills as he does as his actions are described in a ctOS Threat Monitoring Report.
The trailer explores how the protagonist is able to hack bank accounts and withdraw them from ATMs, as well as using police software that predicts the likelihood of citizens in distress.
We can expect to hear more about Watch Dogs as the game inches closer to release later this year.
