In my rush to be righteously indignant about the gleeful violence on display in Bulletstorm demos and trailers I’ve seen before, I somehow forgot how pretty this game is. I mean, it’s pretty pretty.

But nobody cares about that, right? Of course it’s pretty; Epic is a co-developer, and they make pretty games. The big deal is the violence, and the video I’ve got right here for your viewing pleasure features Bulletstorm’s cannonball gun. Producer Tanya Jessen will walk you through all the different ways you can brutally f**k up enemies with it. I must admit, as much as I’m weirded out by this game seemingly being about violence, I am impressed with the ingenuity on display here. We see a good half-dozen ways to murder s**t in this three-minute gameplay video, and dude only uses one weapon.

Even a guy like me, with all my leftist moral bullpucky, can get caught up in the moment sometimes. Watch the vid.
