Sure it’s a day late but here are the three Nintendo Wii Virtual  Console releases for this week:

ActRaiser (SNES, 1 player – 800 points)

You are a dethroned god called the Master who  has had his world taken from him by another deity called only The Evil One. Powerless, you must fight to reclaim your lands and your powers and ultimately to defeat the dark god who has usurped you. The game was a lot of fun on the SNES, lets see how the simulation mode translates to the Wii shall we?

kidcham.jpgKid Chameleon (Genesis, 1-2 players – 800 points)

This was one of the first games I ever got for my Genesis. You play a young boy who gains the ability to change into various video game superheros in an effort to save yourself and the other kids at the arcade from being sucked permanently into the digital world. Kid Chameleon has over 100 levels and is a platformer with a little strategy thrown in for good measure as you try and figure out which pwer best suits the levels and enemies you face.

J.J. & Jeff (TG-16, 1 player – 600 points)

I can’t say much about this game as I’ve never played or even seen it. It is a TurboGrafix title that concerns two comical detectives who are bumbling through the levels trying to solve a mystery I guess.
