Fans of Sega’s Yakuza series have long been clamouring for a PC port of the game, and that wish was recently granted with the release of Yakuza 0, which of course meant mods being created for the game was not too far behind.

The first of these mods has now been released, called the Special K mod by user Kaldaien, makes some visual changes to the game’s visual effects. It’s similar to another mod of the same name, also by Kaldaien, for NieR: Automata, and it adds options for Depth of Field effects, first-person blur, and SSAO, as well as adding a raft of other image quality and visual improvements, fixes to the bloom filter, and also fixes some volume issues within the game.

You can download the mod from Steam here. Yakuza Kiwami will be coming to PC soon also, with rumours of Yakuza 6 also potentially following, so stay tuned for further news.
