Posted on June 9, 2010, Phil Owen Yakuza 4 Goes West, Young Man
So Yakuza 3 totally didn’t bomb in the Western world, and Sega is rewarding gamers for shelling out that cash with the chance to shell out more cash on a western release of the PS3-exclusive Yakuza 4 in spring 2011.
Says the Sega Europe blog: “4 is a very powerful number in this particular installment as not only will you experience the gritty atmosphere of Kiryu Kazuma’s experiences; three other characters will also be available to play, each of them with their own engaging backstory and a gripping interwoven plot.” More after the jump.
Better yet, Yakuza producer Toshihiro Nagoshi is taking questions. Head over to the Sega blog and post your Q in the comments, and after E3, Nagoshi will pick a few and answer them. WOOOOOO!
