You can finally slience your pawns in Dragon's Dogma 2 thanks to this mod

Personally, I'm a fan of the pawns in Dragon's Dogma, or specifically, a certain pawn of James that you can regularly see over on NotMorgan1337's Twitch channel, who has a rather uncanny resemblance to the real deal. Some have accused him of being slightly annoying however, but thankfully there's a new mod that will let you silence your pawns once and for all.

Created by modder emoose, ShutUpPawns allows you to silence pawn dialogue completely, but also has a lot of configurability should you simply want to stop them from repeating the same thing over and over again. Sick of James telling you to climb a ladder over and over again? Simply block that dialogue line from ever being repeated again.

You're able to view the last 10 lines of dialogue the pawn said, and opt to block all of them, or just select lines as you desire. You can also block entire dialogue sets, such as all dialogue relating to the aforementioned ladder, for example. You're even able to block certain actions, such as high-fiving after every trivial fight with a goblin you run into.

As the game uses the Resident Evil engine, you'll need to download REFramework to get the mod working, but once that's installed, you can grab the ShutUpPawns mod here.
