This modification also includes HD Wheels, Improved Textures for the Weapons, a new particle system as well as a realistic handling for all of the cars in the game.Please note that it would probably be best if you had a clean verison of GTA 3 to install this mod, it will work with other mods installed. You will need to have IMG Tool V2 or the San Andreas Mod Installer to install this mod.
