you can use the subway and railway in GTA3, use taxi in GTA IV; but, GTA SA have planes so hes good for me

GTA IV for me - the planes might be gone but there were still helicopters + the taxis made things a lot easier Plus the damage physics are amazing compared to SA And the emergency vehicles have more sounds than before!

SA for sure GTA:IV is soooooo overrated ...not bad but overrated

GTA San Andreas by a long shot, and with the addition of mods, you can add even more. GTA SA had the bigger map hence it offered virtually every possible method of transport, the only one I can think of that wasn't done so well was a proper subway system for the whole map,or some other underground form of transport.
