Here is the Black Swat Van, a detailed and well made swat van that will either replace the stock swat van or any vehicle of your choice within GTA San Andreas. Please note that it is highly recommended that you back up any files just in case you either do not like this modification or it messes up your computer.

Black Swat By Switch Designs Original model by Rockstar Games Edited by Switch Designs This mod was created for a large group mod but was not used. It will change your Swat Van into a Black Swat Van. To install: Use img edit (included in this mod and created by Spooky and Illspirt) to open your gta3.img file (after making all the files in the GTA folder non read only) Then delete swatvan.dff and swatvan.txd and add in the new swatvan.dff and swatvan.txd and click rebuild archive and close..
