File Description
Here is a modification that will replace the moon texture with that of a Blink 182 Smiley face and arrows. Please note that it is highly recommended that you back up any files just in case you either do not like this modification or it messes up your computer.

Blink 182 Moon texture replacement. By Forkie. Just replace the particle.txd (to be found in the \GTA San Andreas\models folder) with the one in from the rar file. Can't be more simple:P. Enjoy:)
