known bugs -

Incorrectly the hydraulic suspension bracket works, therefore it to establish 
In TransFender categorically it is impossible.

Installation.

I recommend to use manual installation! Having opened it gta3.img (is in a folder models in the catalogue with game), with IMG Tool 2.0
Use command "FIND" to find and remove files monsterb.dff รจ monsterb.txd and command "ADD" insert files from archive.
Also add following files - monsterb1.txd, monsterb2.txd, monsterb3.txd, monsterb4.txd 

Further we open with "Notebook" a file handling.cfg (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line: 

MTRUCK_B 5000.0 20000.0 3.0 0.0 0.0 -0.35 80 0.65 0.85 0.55 5 120.0 50.0 25.0 4 P 7.0 0.45 0 35.0 1.5 0.07 0.0 0.45 -0.30 0.5 0.3 0.44 0.35 40000 00002040 1300045 0 1 1 

Further we open with "Notebook" a file vehicles.ide (a folder data), we find and it is replaced a next line: 

557,	monsterb, 	monsterb, 	mtruck,		MTRUCK_B, 	MONSTB, 	truck,	ignore,		1,	0,	0,		-1, 1.5, 1.5,		0

Further we open with "Notebook" a file carmods.dat (a folder data), and after MESA we add this line: 

monsterb, nto_b_l, nto_b_s, nto_b_tw

THAT'S All!!! We start game and it is enjoyed!
