Here is a modification that will replace the FCR900 within GTA: San Andreas, with that of a Ducati Supersport 1000 DS. Please note that ImgTool is required for this modification to function and to be installed. Also it is highly recommended that you backup any files that you will overwrite.

If these files are not contained in this zip file(SADucati1000.zip), which you should have downloaded, please notify me right away.


Installing the Model (fcr900.dff & fcr900.txd)
1) Download Img Tool v2.0 from http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/IMG_Tool;44920
2) Backup your gta3.img. You will find it in your San Andreas\models directory.
3) Open IMG 2.0 and click Open. Browse to your GTA San Andreas Directory, select gta3.img in your \models folder. Click Open Scroll down to find fcr900.dff or use the find feature rename fcr900.dff to fcr900_orig.dff by selecting the file and clicking rename from the toolbar. Add my modified fcr900.dff. If you want it to replace another bike, simply rename fcr900.dff & .txd to the file you wish to replace.
4) Rename fcr900.txd to fcr900_orig.txd and import my fcr900.txd file.

Installing the Handling 
1) Open handling.cfg which is in your San Andreas\ data folder with notepad, find the line that begins 'FCR900' and replace it with this:

2) Scroll down and find the line that begins '! FCR900', replace with the following:
! FCR900 0.33 0.15 0.30 0.35 55.0 38.0 0.93 0.80 0.5 0.1 30.0 -40.0 -0.009 0.7 0.6

Changing the FCR900's name

1) Download GTA SA GXT Editor from http://www.gtatools.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=33
2) Open the Editor.
3) Put this into the file name bar: 
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\text\american.gxt
4) Select Edit then find, type in FCR900
5) Replace "FCR900" with "Ducati 1000DS"
6) Save the file

Installing the Colour schemes
1) Open carcals.dat file, which is located in the SA/ data folder using a text editor.
2) Scroll down until you find fcr900 (Or use the find fuction)
3) Replace the line, with this
fcr900, 35,3, 3,1, 6,1, 0,0, 0,1, 44,1, 124,49, 53,1,

Making the bike spawn more often
1) Backup cargrp.dat in your SA/data folder
2) Replace the cargrp.dat in your SA/data folder with the one contained in this zip

If you have GTA Garage Mod Manager GGMM

Installation is easy and very straight forward, download from here:  http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=434

1) Make sure you have at latest version of GGMM
2) Extract the file "Ducati.ggm" to your desktop
3) Double-Click the file
4) Installation complete!

Small issues
It is a detailed model, so it may slow down your FPS (frames per second) a bit.
It doesnt show in GGMM for some reason, dont despare it works ok ingame.
