This file replaces the loadingscreen in San Andreas. You can choose between 15 different loadingscreens, so go have a look at them.
Took me bloody ages to get enough decent screenshots to make 15 good looking loading screens, but it's done. 3 From Los Santos, 3 From San Fierro, 3 From Las Venturas, 2 From The Country, 2 From The Desert and 2'Special' Ones.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ [ Loading Screens Pack - Installation ] +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ By: Psy Released: June 20, 2005 E-Mail: Psy@GTA-SanAndreas.com Website: http://www.GTA-SanAndreas.com Version: 1.0 ######## WARNING ######### You are advised to back up your MODELS folder before attempting to install this mod. If anything goes wrong it will save a complete re-install of the game. This file will only edit the "LOADSCS.TXD" file however, so you can get away with just backing up this one file. I strongly advise you make a manual back up because I have not included a backup in the zip due to the large file size. ######## WARNING ######### +++++++++++++++++++ [ What You Need ] +++++++++++++++++++ - GTA San Andreas PC Version ++++++++++++++++++ [ Installation ] ++++++++++++++++++ 1. Extract the contents of the "Loading Screens Pack" zip to your desktop, or somewhere similar. 2. Open the folder and copy "LOADSCS.TXD" into your "GTA San Andreas/models/txd" folder and replace the current file. 3. Start up the game and in the short time you wait for the actual game to load after going through the menu, you'll see any of the 15 random new loading screens taken from all over San Andreas. +++++++++++++++++++++ [ Un-Installation ] +++++++++++++++++++++ Replace the new "LOADSCS.TXD" file with the one you backed up. +++++++++++++++++++ [ Notes / Legal ] +++++++++++++++++++ Version 1.0 - Took me bloody ages to get enough decent screenshots to make 15 good looking loading screens, but it's done. 3 From Los Santos, 3 From San Fierro, 3 From Las Venturas, 2 From The Country, 2 From The Desert and 2'Special' Ones. Feel free to distribute this modification on your own sites. All I ask is that the zip file is unchanged and credit is given for the original creation. You may also modify this modification and re-release it, however a little mention in the readme would be appreciated. Have Fun - Psy
