Pimp Hat

Open the c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\models\player.img with IMGTool.
Then press F2 (search) and type beretred.txd
then select commands -> replace and select the beretred from the zip you downloaded and the click Open.
Then commands -> Rebuild Archive and if is done then close the IMGTool.
If you want that the name in the game will be Pimp Hat, then just replace the c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\text\american.gxt
with the one in the zip.
Then play the game and go to Victim and buy the Red Beret or if you replaced the american.gxt then buy the Pimp Hat
