Here is a detailed Police Scooter, a detailed and well made scooter that will either replace the HPV 100 Copbike or any other vehicle of your choice within GTA San Andreas. Please note that it is highly recommended that you back up any files just in case you either do not like this modification or it messes up your computer.

This vehicle is a mod of Rock Star's GTA SA Pizzaboy, reskinned to replace the HPV100 Copbike.

To Install:

Extract pizzaboy.dff from your gta3.img file, using GTA IMGtool or whatever you find best, and rename the file to copbike.dff.

Backup and Delete copbike.dff and copbike.txd from your gta3.img file.

Add the renamed pizzaboy.dff (now renamed copbike.dff )
Add the new copbike.txd from this mod
Rebuild archive

Open vehicles.ide and use this setting:

523,	copbike,	copbike,	bike,		MOPED,  	FAGGIO, 	bikev,	ignore,		10,	1,	0,		16, 0.464, 0.464,	-1

You could try beefing up the moped handling.cfg or try using HPV1000 setting, modified to be kinder to the copbike npe's, but I like to watch them flail...lol
