Here is a very interesting video showing a Time Travelling Delorean, and a Time Travelling Steam Train from the back to the Future movies. Once either reach 88 mph, they will both travel back in time, not only this but both of these also fly as well just like in the movies. Although it looks good you are only able to goto different times of the day, mainly because at the moment the dates in the game have no real effect. Although you would probably need a lot of modders and a lot of hard drive space as well if it could back in time over a thousand years though :D.
