Fire Extinguisher Weapon

Here is a modification that will replace the baseball bat with that of a fire Extinguisher within GTA Vice City. This weapon can only be used similar to a baseball bat, unfortunately it doesn't spray any of its contents. Please note that it is highly recommended that you back up any files just in case you either do not like this modification or it messes up your computer.
