Turns The Spotlight In Downtown Into The Thudercats Sign How To Install 1) Open IMG Tool 1.3 2) Then click open and open gta3.img in your Vice City\models folder 3) Click Edit\Find put in tit_wank 4) Replace tit_wank.txd with tit_wank.txd from this zip file 5) Then click commands\Rebuild Archive then once it is done quit 6) Run Vice City go to the spotlight in downtown after 22.00 and enjoy!!!
