 Installation

Extrac the zip file some where(not in hl2), copy the folder "models"(that was in the .zip file)
in the "half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\materials" folder,i have place the skins in separated folder,but the skin file "name.vtf" need to be place in that folder
"half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\materials\models\Combine_soldier"
you can queep the folder i made there so you can eazly change skin (even in the game,push the window boutton on your keyboard change the 'name.vtf" file by an other 1(will have the same name)and you got a new skin on :)
