These prefabs were created to save heap-loads of time aligning the props and assigning each a light. So, I created my own that I used in my maps that already have that done for you, so basically, all you have is a box that's very easy to place, with a light inside of it. The texture the box uses (the "skip" texture) will not be rendered in the map in any way. It's just there in the editor.

Copy the ".vmf" files into Hammer's prefab folder (C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[your account]\sourcesdk\bin\Prefabs). Hope this helps.
