Half-life 2: Upgraded Silenced USP Replacement Model

This is an enhanced version of the silenced USP added eariler. This includes sounds and some other enhancements.

Once again, this is Theman's p228 that I added sounds and the script file to, I also made a more realistic weapon name that with appear on your hud when you select it. I also added a new world model for the silenced version, but not the un-silenced.
