Half-Life IRC Tool V1.30

Here’s a small portion of the change log: 

Fixed server rules. Valve's November update broke the rules from most servers. ALL servers now report rules. (Including DoD) 
Fixed the Quick Launch list, so that it should NEVER error out when you close HLIT. (Quick Launch would give an error, and fail to re-build) 
Fixed a bug that prevented HLIT from sending RCON information to a server when you join in some cases. 
Fixed a bug that was causing HLIT to keep half of certain lines on your HLIT list selected, which looked stupid. (After editting IP:Port) 
Made the "Advertise (Active)" work in query windows as well. 
Fixed a display bug in the Config dialog, that caused the Mods/WON tab to look messed up. 
Fixed a bug that stopped the server rules/details information from showing up, when for some reason the sockets were held open. (Thanks to ]XFR[-Wolfpit_64 for helping test.) 
When you press the "Back" button, HLIT will now refresh the server you had previously joined, if "Close on Exit" is not selected. 
Made it so that Cheating-Death, when enabled, will only launch, if the server has Cheating-Death running. 
Fixed HLIT to allow you to connect to servers while not connected to an IRC server. :) 
Fixed a bug in the default join message. :P 
Fixed a bug that prevented double clicking of IP's with colours in them. (Was never a problem for me, but the fix is there just to be safe.) 
Fixed a bug that kept the Edit Server dialog from automatically closing. 
Fixed an error in the play timer that was causing some people to flood off of IRC. 
Fixed the damn "Back" button disappearing when you have "Minimize on Connect" selected. 
Fixed a bug that kept the Edit Server dialog from automatically closing. 
Fixed an error that removed server passwords/launch information from the server UNDER the server you delete from your list.
