File Description

This is another skin by Jackle for the Warthog, but is a most unusual skin. It is changes the warthog to be "Kind of like a Porsche". Well Jackle has given it brown leather seats, completely new wheels and a new chassis. I must say I approve of this skin. I like the wheels the best; they give a lightness to the skin and work nicely with the image of the hog. It somehow looks lighter. This skin has good volumetric textures, not just flat colours, so in my opinion a good skin all round. This one's a keeper.

Thought this looked cool. Probably my best skin ever.

This Hog Skin was meant to be something like an Upper-Class vehicle. Kind of looks like a Porsche to me. It's got a leather interior. :P *Before beggining, you may need to extract any files you downloaded*

Skills, Applications, Items and Utilities you will need before starting:

-A Brain
-Basic Skin Knowledge
-HMT
-My Skin
-The ability to read on

*If you are incapable of this, don't continue.*

This skin is 3 different bitmaps, so I'll divide it into 3 different instructions. For starters, you're going to need to open any map. Any map works because the skin is applied to everything. Using HMT, Delve into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\MAPS and open up any map there. Now move onto the injecting.

Warthog:

Keep scrolling down until you find "vehicles\warthog\bitmaps\warthog". Click on the "Inject Skin" button. Now go where ever you extracted all the files and open the folder up. When your in that find the "Skins" folder. In there double click/open "warthog1.dds.1". There, it's in the game. Now time to move on.

Warthog Tires:

Keep scrolling down until you find "vehicles\warthog\bitmaps\warthog tires". It should be under "Warthog Relection Mask". Click on the "Inject Skin" button. Now go where ever you extracted all the files and open the folder up. When your in that find the "Skins" folder. In there double click/open "warthog tires1.dds.1". There, it's in. Now time to move on to the final step.

Thanks you to Cafeteroman for the tire grip.

Warthog Chaingun:

Keep scrolling down until you find "vehicles\warthog\bitmaps\warthog chaingun". It should be under "Warthog". Click on the "Inject Skin" button. Now go where ever you extracted all the files and open the folder up. When your in that find the "Skins" folder. In there double click/open "warthog chaingun1.dds.1". There, it's in. But you're not done yet. Inject that and now you're done! Enjoy!

If none of the skins were there, you obviously did something wrong. If they were not there, consider revising what you did or trying again. If that does not work, try reinstalling Halo. If this does not work, it could be issues with your computer. I know that it works with Plug-ins like Bitterbanana's Yelo Battery; but if it's not working, try taking out any plug-ins or mods you previously installed. If issues continue, it's not my problem, and please don't annoy me for help; because I cannot help you.

Note, I take no responsibilities for your stupidity or any issues that occur, so don't flame me if you once working copy of Halo is now not working; because it was not likely to do with my skin, and your stupidity is your own stupidity.

Also, I would like to know what everyone thinks about the new readme, and if it was more helpful. All question can be directed to me via eMail or Xfire.
