On September 13th (last Thursday), the former composer for the Might & Magic universe Paul Anthony Romero held a concert in the International House of Music in Moscow, Russia where he played a collection of his iconic Heroes of Might & Magic III themes (plus one theme each from HoMM II and HoMM IV) with an orchestra.
Kudos to Andrey Prokhorov for sharing these recordings on YouTube and Reddit, which you can watch in a playlist here.
Even though Paul Anthony Romero is also a music composer outside the realm of gaming, this is not the first time he has played his game scores live. In 2011, he played in Budapest, Hungary in front of 60 very lucky fans who contacted him while he was already planning a "proper" concert there. In 2017, he played with the Heroes Orchestra, and on a separate occasion with a guest in Wroclaw, Poland.
UPDATE: This was actually an event spanning multiple days and cities in Russia, and there is some footage from 3 days prior also on YouTube. Thanks to fellow MobyGames contributor Virgil for pointing this out!
