Not much to say except that its a basic reskin of Galak, with a modified br_officeruniform to hold on to the NAZI ensignia.
Adolf Hitler, one of history's better known "antagonists," has apparently received yet another attempt at immortalization through skinning. Unfortunately, this skin has far too little historical accuracy and lacks quite a bit of artistic merit for it to even pass for one. No real attempt was made to remove traces of the imperial insignia. Second, it just looks like Galak with a moustache and bushier eyebrows. Third, the moustache wasn't trapezoidal ⌐_⌐ as for the one bug:
You can see through his neck for somereason.
I looked in the .skin file. Answer: torso_collar,models/players/Hitler/collar.tga. You forgot a texture, man! Seriously, this could have been easily avoided and/or corrected before submission. Activate work checking moar. This product was severely rushed, with little effort placed into it. Insert Quarter and Try Again.

I made the face look 'younger'by taking away a few crease marks in skin and the i added Hitlers oh so famous Mustache which makes hitler Hitler. Hitle was the leader of the Facist Nazi Party and was later elected as the Fuhrer, or german president. He turned into a dictator and attempted to take control of all of Europe, but failed when the Allied Amercans and British folk attacked on D-Day. He later committed suicide in a security bunker. It was rumored that hitler had the Devils Luck, which was the reason he survived several assasianation attempts.
