Here's a nice little utility for our Jk2 players. Basically what it does is help you switch between different versions of the game without the ever so tedious necessity of reinstalling. I can't exactly think of reasons for why you would need to roll back your version of Jk2, but I'm sure someone out there is shaking with joy right now. Unfortunately (however unavoidably) the download comes with all three patches, so it's quite the download, but what won't you do for the powers this gives you, right?

Using the utility really doesn't requite a genius either. Simply go to whatever location you installed the utility in, and pick the .bat file which corresponds you the game version you want. Voilà, your done. Enjoy your trip back in time to the previous versions of the game and back.

This utility supports versions 1.02a, 1.03, and 1.04 of Jk2.

Installation : Patch your JediKnight II install with the 1.04 patch from Ravensoft

 Use the self extractor to extract the files into your JediKnight folder
DO NOT INSTALL INTO YOUR GAMEDATA OR BASE FOLDER!

===Rebind Issue=====
In Version 1.02a letter keys are bound as lowercase letters
In Version 1.03 and 1.04 letter keys are bound as capitals but they can read lowercase

This causes 1.02a to not respond to 1.03 and 1.04 config files letter binds

==In English, this means that you might have to rebind your keys when swapping patches==



===Third Party Maps/Skins/Mods Issue===
Some Mods/Skins/Maps are built for specific patches, if you have any problems, try removing
them from your base folder.
