Khaliban brings us a mod compatible Bryar Lightsaber. The author’s instructions are to place the file in your base folder, that didn’t work so I dropped it in my Jedi Plus 4.3 folder and it worked fine. I am pretty sure there is a lot of people that have been waiting for this... what are doing still reading download this it’s the same great saber now mod compatible.
Great job as usual. The author slapped this together with no way of testing it since he didn’t have any mods, and what do you know it worked. Next time I suggest having somebody test it for just incase :).

Below is my review of the original saber model:
Khaliban brings us a new saber model based his feelings of how the default saber should be. Bryar Lightsaber resembles the pistol it is named after. The author used Park’s version of Mara Jades saber for reference. The saber seems to be a little bit longer and slimmer with some yellow lights and is black and grey. Khaliban has gone as far as replacing the saber icons on the HUD to match his creation.
I am so glad that this file was made because I myself was getting tired of using the default saber. The author did an awesome job at making this a complete package. In the readme there is a little story explaining his reasons for the design, and it makes sense. What are you waiting for? start downloading this now…… I said now!

In my opinion, it doesn't look like something Kyle Katarn would design. I'm a believer in lineage in lightsaber design; i.e., that the Obi-Wan Kenobi saber resembles the Qui-Gon Jinn saber for a reason. Given that, the Kyle Katarn saber should be influenced by the Qu Rahn saber, the Yun saber and the Luke Skywalker saber, if you assume Luke completed Kyle's training. The Katarn saber should also be a parent of the Mara Jade saber given that Kyle trained her in MotS. (I used the Parks version of Mara's saber for reference.) Well, after more designs than I could possibly number, I couldn't find a combination of those four that worked. After weeks of frustration, I realized I'd left out one more parent: Kyle's Bryar Pistol. I'm surprisingly pleased with the result. (I hate most of what I make.)
