File Description
There are several server trackers out there that will help you keep an eye on your server if it goes down, or let you know who's playing where so you can join them. They're also useful for using rcon remotely so you don't have to go in-game to make changes. This is essentially the same thing, without the server tracking part. As you can see from the screenshot below, this little utility will allow you to chat, send warnings, change things like gravity and speed, or kick lamers, all without having to go in-game.
