I hate to see bad things done to good skins. What we have here is a first attempt at skinning from Killer Monkey. Unfortunately it is pretty much a rip off of the Darth Maul skin. The body is the same, the arms are the same, everything is the same except for the face. The faces of the default and blue skins have been redone with a terrifying lack of skill.
Upon first inspection it is quite obvious that this is a job done in MSPaint. If it was done in anything else I would be very surprised. The design on the default skin is plain, very plain. It has eyebrows, some black stuff under the eyes and what seems to be a terribly large soul patch. He also has a nose, but since it doesn’t sit where the nose should be it looks more like a tattoo. The author also didn’t seem to think it was necessary to have the face’s color match the rest of the model’s head, but he did find it necessary to recolor the models horns. On the blue skin we can see a little more creativity, but not much. Instead of giving Maul a completely new face he’s simply recolored the design that was already present. So now the face design is red instead of the lighter shade of blue. The horns here are recolored as well. It seems he deemed the red skin to not be in need of any sort of modification.
I feel one of the main reasons people create skins is to express some creativity. A key part of creativity is originality, something this skin is lacking. On a side-note, this skin will overwrite your other Maul skin, thanks to a bad packing job. But, it does include bot support and new sounds! Of course, these are simply retained from the original model. I say try a little harder next time, Killer Monkey. Originality is key.
