And...it's a Reborn reskin! ;)
This Reborn has the HHS bearded face with red eyes, and also has a symbol on the chest and back, which (I presume) represents the clan.
Not bad for a Reborn reskin. It definitely doesn't look amateurish, just nothing very new.
