This is a startup screen brought to us by the Luke Skywalker Skin Project. It features Luke, in an outfit from one of the movies on your screen with the startup buttons. It also includes new sounds!
Personally I like the idea behind startup screens, but in the end i believe they're impractical. With the number of people who use gamespy and all seeing eye, startup screens are starting to fade out as they're getting used less and less.

The LSSP is skinning and/or modelling Luke in every outfit he wears in the movies and comic books. See attached 'staff' list (lssp_staff.txt) This start-up screen has new just about everything, including sounds. installation: extract everything to gamdedir\install (example: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast\install) I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BACK UP YOUR INSTALL FOLDER, AS THIS WILL REPLACE THOSE FILES! The only bug i could find is that the hover sound is a little longer than usual, so if you go too quicly it won't play the next sound I'd like to thank Lucasarts or Raven, whiverever made the original start-up screen (probably raven), so i could use it as a base. I'd Also like to thank The Raitenks, for starting and leading the LSSP
