No, this has nothing to do with the Matrix. Nice guess, though.

It's basically a small script which rebinds F1-F7 to the game's camera commands, giving you seven camera effects. They're pretty stylised for taking screenshots or filming movies, but I wouldn't advise using them while actually playing for obvious reasons - namely, you'll likely take a rocket up the arse during the ten to fifteen seconds of being unable to see what you're doing due to the camera being fudgy.

Hello Jk2 Friends!
Well, thank u for downloading. This Cams were that one's which was used in the JK2 v1.02 MOVIE. Not all cams are that good, but in specially situations you need a special Matrixcam. Also you can edit the Cams (also while you play)!


HOW TO INSTALL? (CAMS ONLY WORK IN CHEAT MOD 'CAUSE OF TIMESCALE ETC.!!!)

Just copy all matrix .cfg's in your ...LucasArtsStar Wars JK II Jedi OutcastGameDatabase 
Make a SAVEGAME of your Jk2mpconfig! (For Backup later)
Start JK2 GAME 
Write in Console

Devmap ffa_bespin 
exec MatrixBINDTHEMALLCFG.cfg

Now you' ll have all cams from the buttons F1 till F7. 

(Quit the Server to start a Demo or just write in Console demo xxxx)




FOR MATRIX CAMERA SCRIPTER:
For ppl who wanna know, how the CAMS works; here is the definition:


cg_thirdPersonAngle               ROTATION AROUND UP TO 0-+ 360 (MOVING TO RIGHTSIDE ) 
cg_thirdPersonHorzOffset         ON THE CHARACTERS PLAY SIDEWARDS MOVING / NEAR XXX <0 <XXX FAR
cg_thirdPersonPitchOffset          (0-+ 120) HIGH AND DOWN (0--120)
cg_thirdPersonCameraDamp       (0-+ 0.3) FIXED / FREEZE THE CAMERA-CINEMA-CAM (Postmoving 0.1)

Because there are hundreds of combinations, I'll only show you one example x):
