File Description

A fairly large map of two palace's joined together by an open air courtyard. A ton of detail in this map everywhere you go and look, and the lighting just adds an extra element that really makes the level look gooooood ;). 6206a.jpg The central courtyard has two entrances to each base, one is more direct while the other does wind around here and there. Each base has a very small yet very beautiful (yes, I meant to say beautiful ;)) garden/courtyard. These also contains health pools which are team based (i.e. people from the blue team use the health pool and vice versa for the red team). 6206b.jpg The many parts to the palace are connected by teleporters, so it would be a good idea to get used to this map and know where you are going to get teleported to ;) 6206c.jpg The flag rooms are long hallways with the flags at one end (also what the Author calls the 'Throne Room'. Again very detailed, the walls, the pillars, everything! 6206d.jpg Lastly, yes, there is a secret to this map, and OMG is it a cool secret! I love how you get to the secret place and once you get there, it's just ... amazing :D. Very realistic.... but I don't want to give it away so no screenies or description of that area :p If you ask me, the big file size is completely worth the download!

Question and Answer (Troubleshooting):

Q: The Map causes an HunkMeg Error while triing to start it. What can I do?
A: Maybe the Map needs more RAM. Type com_hunkMegs "128" in the Console and 
   restart the Game. It will work now.

Q: The Shields/Medpacks are missing in CTF/TDM Mode, they only spawn in FFA.
   Is this a Bug?
A: No this is not a Bug or something... its normal! Each Team got their own
   "Healthpool" in the Lobby. In Blueteam for example, just walk into the Bluecircle and 
   the Items will spawn; walk into the Redcirlce and they won't!

Q: On the Fountain in the Middle there is a Rocket Luncher and sometimes a large Shield?!?
A: Yeah they alternate with each other!

Q: I ran low on FPS at the Portal :(
A: You can deactivate the Portal Effect with the "r_fastsky 1" command.

Q: Very low FPS at the Throneroom :(
A: Yeah I know... the only Thing you can do is to reduce the Curves Detail with the 
   "r_subdivisions 16" (or more) Command. Or choose the minimum Graphic Settings at 
   the Setup Menu.

Q: Very bright Red- Bluebase Textures. What can I do?
A: Well this is the only thing I don't know where it came from. 
   Some Graphiccard drivers maybe causes an Error with the Shaders of those Textures...

Q: Is there a Secret?
A: Pssssst... it is...

Q: Where is it?
A: It wont be a Secret anymore if I tell you know :P


   Just a little Tip:
   There's a Light on the Roof of the Red Base. Try to find the hidden Passage to get there!
